As an individual who is inborn receptive and always intrigue to spirituality -this was one of my amazing and interesting experience on quantum flow w Dorica, as a first timer.

Through out the session, I can feel theawakening energies that flow through mybody by realigning the chakras on a "reset" mode. Truth to be told, I didn't even realized this is possible until I felt it.Although meditation is part of my daily routine - these selective curated stepsof quantum flow have elevated another level of my own self awareness and the infinite possibilities that my mind and soul can achieve manifestation if I truly desire.

Before the Quantum Flow session, I'm feeling stressed and anxious

about life. I have difficulties connecting with my emotions and myself. As this is an online session, I was skeptical about the effectiveness of it.

During the session, Dorica asked me a series of questions to
"diagnose" what we should be working on. Among all the chakras, my
heart chakra has the lowest score. So we set intentions to work on it. She guided me to do the Quantum Flow exercises and I felt some sensations in my body.

After the session, I felt very relaxed, expansive and a sense of connection to myself. And the tension in my body was gone.That night, I had a vivid dream. When I woke up the next day, I was very surprised that I still remembered that dream, because usually I don't remember my dreams.
I think that the effect of this online session is no difference compared to a LIVE class. I'm happy that my blockages are resolved and I managed to move on.
